Start and end time: 9 am to 5 pm each day with a 1 hour lunch break.

Spend two full days with CrossFit Coach Mike Burgener OR one of his tier one coaches staff learning, studying and practicing the Olympic lifts. The Snatch and Clean and Jerk bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to your strength training. These lifts are indispensable to CrossFit programming and expert coaching is a powerful advantage.

CrossFit Endurance uddannelse i København
Et lille uddrag: What’s your CrossFit “Helen” time? It could be better in a weekend by improving your running efficiency. Maybe you want to improve your 5k, 1 mile, or 400m times? Or your marathon?
Do you hurt when you run? Do you suffer from shin splints, knee or hip pain? Improving your running efficiency may be the key to running both pain free and faster.
You will run less than 2.5 total miles over the weekend and spend two full days with Coach Mackenzie learning the fundamentals of run technique. Learn how to utilize CrossFit and minimize oxidative overload to improve the performances of both your short distance and endurance athletes.
Brian Mackenzie is an expert in strength and conditioning for endurance athletes, and is the creator of www.crossfitendurance.com and a CrossFit Endurance Coach. He is a Level 3 CrossFit Certified Trainer and is a Level 3 POSE Certified Running Coach. Brian is the
owner of CrossFit Newport Beach, and operates an internship for professional trainers. He has been a competitive Ultra Runner and Ironman Triathlete. He has competed in Ironman Canada along with several ultra marathons ranging from 50k to 100 miles including the Western States 100 and the Angeles Crest 100. Brian has successfully used CrossFit as the cornerstone of his programming for endurance athletes, while supplementing sport. His athletes train sometimes a third of what the norm train with superior results.

“Training for Warriors” in Butcher´s Lab - with Martin Rooney
Martin Rooney will be giving exciting and thought provoking lectures that will challenge minds followed by energizing hands-on that will challenge all bodies.
The speed day hands on sessions will focus on proper warm ups, linear speed training drills, change of direction agility drills and the concept of deceleration training.
The strength day hands on sessions will focus on body weight strength exercises, isometric work, hip and leg training and advanced work with physioballs and barbells.
The warrior day hands on session will focus on circuit training, the infamous Hurricane Training of the TFW system, bar complexes and more.
Location: Butcher’s Lab, Høkerboderne 10, 1727 Copenhagen.
Each day will begin at 11 AM and end at 5/6 PM.

Det kunne være rart med en overordnet ‘plan’ for det enkelte seminar plus forventet niveau. Undertegnet er ret grøn og hvis det kun er for de hard core, så duer det jo ikke vel? (Aner fx ikke hvad en Barbell workshop er???).
Eller 2 x thumbs up for træning - det holder!

Du kan ikke være FOR grøn til en workshop - idéen er jo netop, at man kan lære de basale ting og få lov at bygge ovenpå sit niveau. En Barbell Workshop er gangske enkelt en workshop, hvor der undervises i forskellige løft (naturligvis primært de løft vi laver til crossfit) med en stang (=barbell).
